Cartridge Warranty
Perfect PC's toner cartridges have been remanufactured under stringent quality control standards, assuring performance that equals or exceeds that of the OEM (original equipment manufacturer). Perfect PC warrants each cartridge to be free of defects in both material and workmanship. If a Perfect PC cartridge should fail for any reason before it is empty, including operator error or abuse, Perfect PC will, at its option, replace it free of charge or refund the full purchase price.
Perfect PC further warrants that under normal operating conditions conforming to the manufacturer's specifications, our toner cartridges will not cause damage, abnormal wear, or deterioration to any compatible laser printer, copiers, or fax machines. Perfect PC also warrants that when used as directed, the cartridge will not void any machine warranties provided by the OEM manufacturer(s).
This warranty is dependant upon the customer providing Perfect PC with satisfactory evidence that the machine failure was due to a defect in Perfect PC's cartridge, including a written statement on the service company's letterhead and return of subject cartridge. Perfect PC reserves the right to examine the machine if within 50 miles of a Perfect PC office.
Perfect PC's liability shall be limited to replacement, repair, or reimbursement as provided above. This warranty is exclusive and in lieu of all other warranties, expressed or implied, including warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.
